Jiudianbang, a Guizhou-based smart hotel solution provider, has recently received 10 million yuan in its Series A funding round led by Zhucheng Weiye Technology. The proceeds will be used for product development and market expansion.
Jiudianbang was founded in August 2017 as a subsidiary of Zhihuitong Hotel Information Technology, according to database portal Qichacha. Jiudianbang focuses on development and production of hotel smart check-in terminals. It aims to help traditional hotels tackle their key difficulties and create a new hotel ecosystem by developing a system for dealing with taxation, financial services and IoT. With its technology, hotels guests can check-in autonomously, extend their stay and check out.
Jiudianbang has nearly 100 employees. The company provides a range of robots to traditional hotels providing a multitude of functions such as concierge, self-service check-in and goods delivery.
