Trip.com Group’s wholly-owned subsidiary Rezen Hotels has signed a strategic agreement with Chengdu Donggu Hotel Management Company at its parent company’s headquarters in Shanghai. According to the agreement, Rezen will invest in Donggu Hotel and establish comprehensive partnerships with the hotel management company to improve online and offline brand operation and management.
As an emerging upscale hotel group in China, Rezen has been working on elevating user experience, dynamic management and all-in-one services. Rezen is operating more than 160 hotels with over 20,000 rooms in total, as well as 10 million registered users.
Established in 2018, Chengdu Donggu Hotel Management Company specializes in hotel management and investment. Its core service is strategic consultancy for business operation. Donggu has two main brands, Rezen Donggu and Puyan Hotel, targeting midscale and upscale markets respectively.
Rezen and Donggu will fully leverage their own advantages in the cooperation. Rezen will empower hotels with its one-stop solutions including Rezen One, Rezen Stay and Rezen Business, while Donggu is expected to play a role in service, design, management and other aspects.
