Lifestyle hotel brand Atour is reportedly planning a USD 300 million US IPO, according to an IRF report.
The company raised USD 100 million in late 2016 in its Series C round funding backed by Legend Capital and Alibaba’s former CEO Mr. Zhaoxi Lu. In 2019, Atour Hotel established a distribution connection with Expedia through DerbySoft technology, launching 200 hotels on the US online travel booking platform before the pandemic took place.
Established in 2013, the company has four accommodation products: the artsy flagship Atour Hotel, the budget hotel Atour Light, as well as an apartment brand and a boutique hotel brand both under development.
