Tongcheng Travel, a Hong Kong-listed online travel company jointly invested by Tencent and Trip.com Group, announced that its second-quarter revenue increased by 117.4% year-to-year to RMB2,866.3 million (USD393 million).
Adjusted net profit increased by 428.9% RMB592.4 million in the second quarter of 2023. Adjusted net margin increased to 20.7% in the same period.
Average monthly active users (MAU) reached 278.8 million, up by 41.1% year-to-year. Average monthly paying users (MPU) increased by 61.7% year-to-year to 42.2 million in the second quarter of 2023.
Total GMV increased by 145.7% year-to-year to RMB59.7 billion.
