Hyatt inks deal to develop dozens of new China hotels
Hyatt Hotels Corporation plans to ramp up its portfolio of Independent Collection and select service hotels in China. It has teamed up with Hangzhou Trade and Tourism Group and Zhejiang Dragon Hotel Management. Hyatt intends to develop more than 60 hotels over the coming decade, the first of which is expected to be a Hyatt Place hotel in Hangzhou.
The Laos-China Railway Company has announced that it will increase the daily trips of its passenger trains to 12 journeys a day from the previous 10 daily journeys, effective from January 22.
